Both your time and my time are valuable. I respect your scheduled appointment time and I hope that you do the same for me in return.

While COVID-19 precautions are in place, all treatments will follow the guidelines set out by National, Provincial, Municipal public heath and the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario.

Late Arrival

Your late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, unfortunately that means your session will be shorter. I have reserved this time for you and only you and may have other people scheduled after your time.

Cancelations

I kindly ask you to let me know at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee of the full value of the booked treatment(s) total.

No Shows

My no show fee is the full value of the booked treatments total. It will be automatically added to your next scheduled treatment.

No shows have a big impact on me, they come without warning, with the constant worry of a late arrival and no way to fill that time for another client that would have benefited from treatment.

Unforeseen medical or emergency circumstances occasionally occur, in which case the fee may be waived.
